New opening hours? Don't panic!
We will remain open 362 days a year. We will just close an hour earlier from now on. From the 1st May 2025 we will be open until 22:00 o’clock and you can plate up food from the buffet until 21:15 o’clock. So still plenty of time to have a nice dinner.

With the arrival of spring, there are plenty of seasonal dishes in our buffet again. We’ve also added specialty beer from Egmond and a red and white Italian natural wine from Lunaria to the menu.

New prices. Same quality.
Because we do not wish to compromise on the taste and quality of our ingredients and dishes, we unfortunately cannot avoid raising the prices slightly as of the 1th of May 2025.

Spirit remains 100% organic and 100% vegetarian and we are proud that our range is largely plant-based.
