Spring is here. Super sunny days alternating with gray skies and hopefully soon some rain. Organic farming is all about sunlight and water. You can taste that in the ingredients we use. A new season also means new dishes, with seasonal ingredients.

In our buffet you will now find plenty of dishes with white or green asparagus. In a cold salad with umeboshi and samphire or in a warm Massaman curry. For breakfast we put Amazake with homemade granola in the spotlight.

Natural wine in red and white
To natural wine, nothing is added, and nothing is taken away. Biodynamic and Demeter certified, spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts, no added sulphites, unfiltered and natural wine stabilization. The latter can therefore provide sparkling crystals in the bottle. Added to our wine list from May: Lunaria Ancestrale Pecorino / Primitivo.
