Blend the banana, apple sauce, almond milk and maple syrup in a food processor until smooth.
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the puree and mix into a batter. Fold in the raisins.
Fry the pancakes in a lightly oiled pan until golden brown. Mix the coconut blossom sugar with the cinnamon and sprinkle over the freshly baked pancakes.
