Good food tastes better
We think it’s important that everybody can enjoy our pastry. That’s why, in addition to our regular sweets, we also offer pastry without cereal, dairy and egg and often use coconut sugar, maple syrup or agave syrup instead of cane sugar. Our confectionery changes with the seasons. During the holiday season you can enjoy our homemade pumpkin pie and traditional “speculaas” with almond paste filling. In summer our cakes are prepared and decorated with fresh fruits such as strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. Additionally we also serve a couple of Spirit classics which can be ordered throughout the year. Take for instance our beloved oatmeal scones or the “Snickert,” Spirits vegan and glutenfree take on the classic candybar. All our pastry is freshly prepared every day at our own patisserie using only organic ingredients!
